Yes, you can change your order as long as it is not "under processing". Please contact us as soon as possible at support@big-teddy-bear.co.uk.

It is possible to cancel your order before it has been shipped. However, if the order is already under processing, a cancellation fee of 40% will be applied. Contact us at support@big-teddy-bear.co.uk, and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns are only possible if the product is defective. If your item is defective, please send an email with a picture of the product (preferably in original packaging) and your order number to support@big-teddy-bear.co.uk. The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it to be eligible for a return.

Is there a delivery issue? A package lost, damaged, or destroyed? Thanks to our secure shipping service, we take responsibility for any problems with your order.
